1. About CureSync and this website

CureSync is a healthcare platform being built in Nigeria. It has not launched yet. This website is operated by CureSync Ltd, whose registered address is Abuja, Nigeria. In these terms, “CureSync”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

The website is for information. It describes what we are building and lets you join a waitlist or express interest. The services it describes are not available yet, and what we launch may differ from what is described here.

2. Who can use the site

This website is for people aged 18 and over. By submitting the form you confirm that you are at least 18, and that the details you give are your own and are accurate.

3. The waitlist and expressions of interest

Joining the waitlist or expressing interest is free. It is a way to hear from us, and nothing more.

• It is not a contract between you and CureSync.
• It does not guarantee you access to CureSync, a place in any queue, a launch date, any particular feature or any price.
• It does not oblige you to use CureSync when it launches.

You can leave the list at any time by writing to info@curesync.net. When CureSync launches, using it will be covered by separate terms that you will be asked to accept at that point.

4. No medical advice and emergencies

Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. The content is general information about a product. Using this website does not make you a patient of CureSync or of any doctor, and you should not rely on it to make decisions about your health. For that, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

In an emergency, call 112 (the emergency number in Nigeria) or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use this website or its form to ask for urgent help. Nobody is watching it for emergencies.

5. Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• pretend to be another person or to hold a qualification you do not have;
• try to get into parts of the site or its systems that you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or introduce anything harmful such as a virus;
• send the form by automated means, or collect content from the site in bulk; or
• copy or reuse the site’s content in a way these terms do not allow.

We may remove any submission that breaks these rules.

6. Doctor registrations

If you sign up as a doctor, you are telling us you are interested in working with CureSync. That is all. It is not an application, an offer, an agreement to work together or approval to practice through CureSync.

No verification or onboarding happens on this website. Those happen separately, later, and under their own terms. Please give accurate details, and do not sign up as a doctor if you are not one.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the CureSync name and logo, the text, the design, the images and the software, belongs to CureSync Ltd or to those who have licensed it to us.

You may view the site, and print or share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the content in any other way, or use the CureSync name or logo, without our written permission.

8. Links to other sites

This website may link to websites run by other people, such as social media. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Availability of the site

We provide this website “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time and without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law, and nothing in them affects the rights you have as a consumer under Nigerian law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, CureSync Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of this website, from not being able to use it, or from relying on its content. That includes indirect or consequential loss and any loss of data, profit or business.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it. Our Cookie Policy explains what the site stores on your device. Both form part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when CureSync launches. Each time, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, so please check it now and then.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be decided by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
